Don’t Neglect Sleep
Might you be thinking —Sleep? Who has the time? Well, not getting enough sleep is like running on an empty tank of gas. When you prioritize your tasks, make sure you write ‘sleep’ at the very top. Lack of sleep leads to difficulty concentrating, and if you can’t focus, you’re unlikely to be productive. Make it a habit to go to bed early and rise early. This is the most effective way to manage your time.
Every insurance agency has targets to hit and you should plan around them if you want to achieve your goals. Break down your big goals into more simple tasks. This goes for everything, from what you plan on doing this week to what you plan to achieve this year. Smaller, more realistic goals are easier to attain and less likely to overwhelm you.
